Equity Builder Rent To Own Program

One of the best reasons to lease with ArborWood Homes, Apartment or Duplex is our Equity Builder Rent To Own Program. This program allows a portion of your rent payments to be applied to a new ArborWood home! You can earn and receive up to $7,000 in equity towards the purchase of a new ArborWood home that we will build just for you.

Once you have decided it is time to purchase a new ArborWood home, we will provide you with a certificate that entitles you to your equity credit. This credit is determined by how long you have leased in an ArborWood community in combination with the price of the home you intend to purchase as follows:

• If the purchase price is $100,000 to $150,000, you will earn $250 per qualified
  month of residence, up to $3,000.

• If the purchase price is above $150,000, you will earn $333.33 per qualified month
  of residence, up to $4,000.

• In addition to the earned equity from leasing, ArborWood Homes will also pay
  $2,000 in closing costs for everyone who participates in the Equity Builder Rent
  To Own Program.

• As a special bonus ArborWood Homes will credit your Equity Account an
  additional $1000 upon completion of your 24 month Equity Builder Lease. This is
  our way of saying thanks for the pleasure of serving you in our communities.

After leasing with us for 24 months you can earn and receive up to $7,000 off the purchase of a new ArborWood home with a purchase price of greater than $150,000!

There are some other minor details you must follow to receive our Equity Builder credit that will be explained when you lease with us. The Equity Builder Rent to Own program is another great reason to set your sights on any of our wonderful communities!
